Wine tasting A few kilometres from Ca’ Bevilacqua is the small town of Bertinoro, famous for its hospitality and known as the “town of wine”. Here you can visit numerous wineries which adhere to the initiative called “The wine & food route” of Forlì-Cesena” and indulge your tastebuds by sampling some of the local wines such as Sangiovese and Albana as well as eating at some fine restaurants offering traditional cuisine.
Festivals & Shows Festivals, events, shows and concerts can always be found in Romagna all the year round. Of particular note is the Festa Artusiana, which takes place every June , l’omaggio in Forlimpopoli and Pellegrino Artusi, and l’Artusi Jazz, are not to be missed by music lovers.
The Seaside For beach-lovers, 10 kms from Ca’ Bevilacqua you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Cervia-Milano Marittima. We are pleased to recommend the Fantini Club Beach, one of Italy’s most celebrated beach facilities, fitted with sporting equipment, restaurant, whirlpool and a rich calendar of events.
Gastronomy Romagna is a place to discover but above all to taste. Pride of place goes to the local piadina bread followed by local cheeses, both fresh and seasoned and typical pasta dishes such as cappelletti, passatelli and tagliatelle as well as local hams and salami. How can you say no?
Cooking Courses The CasArtusi school of cooking, gastronomical centre of cooking excellence is situated just a few kilometres from Ca’ Bevilacqua, in the town of Forlimpopoli. The school organizes cooking courses all year round.
Golf For golf-lovers, there are several excellent courses close by offering both 9 hole and 18 hole challenges. Of particular interest is the Adriatic Golf Club in Cervia, close to the sea and offering 27 holes in a truly beautiful setting.
Wildlife walks Both on the coast and also inland, there are many wildlife and fauna walks to enjoy either by yourselves or with the assistance of a guide. The salt flats park in Cervia is of particular interest.

Theme parks Romagna is home to many theme parks and there is something for every age group. Of particular interest is the Casa delle Farfalle in Milano Marittima and Mirabilandia, which is one of the largest in Europe.
